At Mimeo Photos, I built the email marketing channel from the ground up. When I started, the program relied on dark backgrounds, basic mock-ups, and a transactional tone. Through a complete refresh — introducing vibrant visuals, brand photography, and customer-centric messaging — I drove major improvements in subscriber growth, engagement, retention, and revenue.

In 2022 alone, our email campaigns achieved a unique open rate of over 50% across initiatives including customer appreciation, loyalty programs, referrals, upsells, cross-sells, surveys, and more.
