When I joined Box Genie in 2023, the email marketing program was managed externally by an ad agency with no long-term strategy. I took full ownership of the program in Klaviyo and applied a phased approach:

  • Cleaned the existing list to resolve deliverability issues.

  • Evaluated and optimized all sign-up touchpoints to capture higher-quality leads.

  • Implemented A/B testing across existing flows to drive incremental performance improvements.

  • Developed a 12-month campaign calendar to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Redesigned and rewrote all email templates for flows and one-time campaigns to better match the brand’s evolving voice.

Recognizing Box Genie's B2B growth opportunity, I also partnered closely with the sales team to create internal alert workflows tied to critical customer events like sample deliveries, new partner program sign-ups, order fulfillment, and cart abandonment. These alerts empowered the sales team to engage customers at the right moment, accelerating time to close and strengthening customer relationships.
